When you use a contact, correction or advertising form, we receive the information you submit so we can respond. Do not send sensitive personal information through these forms.
Technical information
The site and its service providers may process basic technical information needed for security, delivery, analytics and performance. The services actually enabled on the site may set cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

Optional analytics and advertising personalization
Conmars LLC (United States) operates Light News 24. Analytics only permits Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Allow all also permits Google to use eligible analytics data for advertising personalization. Decline permits neither and does not prevent reading. Privacy settings at the bottom of the page changes your choice.
After permission, these providers receive technical connection, browser and device information, including your IP address, and may set cookies. Google measures page views; our Google tag removes personal query strings and fragments, uses a fixed page title, and does not send form contents or contact details. Clarity records interactions for heatmaps and session replay, with strict text masking and no input values. Clarity is skipped on URLs or referring URLs with query strings or fragments. Microsoft advertising storage, Google Signals and user-provided data features stay disabled. No advertising service is currently connected by this controller. Global Privacy Control prevents Google advertising permission. Jetpack and other site services have separate settings.
Your choice lasts 180 days without a visitor identifier in our preference cookie. Withdrawal stops new collection, clears owned first-party provider cookies and reloads the page; Clarity may send a final buffer from the previously permitted session. We cannot clear third-party cookies on Microsoft domains. Withdrawal does not erase provider-held history. Google user and event retention is up to 14 months; Clarity recordings normally last 30 days, with favorites and sampled recordings up to 9 months. We plan to keep aggregate daily reports for up to 5 years, not five years of recordings or visitor profiles.
